The ancients believed the World to be composed of 4 basic elements – Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. These were considered the critical energy forces that sustained life. All of these elements are integral parts of matter or the physical universe, and the human body is a physical creation existing in the material realm. Therefore, the human beings were seen to be made of and governed by the four elements. Maintaining a balance between these elements was advocated to ensure physical as well as psychological well-being.

Good morning / Good evening judges,
when I read the theme of this show at first I thought of making a composite of all the elements .. but then as I worked on the elements I found myself more and more inclined to choose water and so I decided to compose my clothing on this natural element.
I’m a Pisces so water is my natural instinct and I really feel it.
It gives me a sense of freedom, security but at the same time of strength and power.
So I’m wearing a dress that recalls the life of the sea, its resources and a sense of infinity.
I embellished everything with diamond and floating fish.
I wore a fishing net on my head that recalls the work that gives the sea and I gave a touch of elegance with two stoles that recall the colors of the dress.
The dolphins could not be missing as practitioners of jewelry, an animal that I consider wonderful.

Description
Good morning / good evening Judges, I am Miss Globe Universal Italy.
Italy does not have a real independence day like in the United States.
Between 1945-1946 after various events such as the arrival of American troops and the succession of battles, this period climaxed with a great popular referendum that led to the end of the monarchy and the birth of the Italian Republic on June 2, 1946.
To represent this, I bring back this time with my clothing. The fashion of those years was not very flashy, they were hard years and in the process of regrowth, a ribbon and a veil were the height of fashion.
I have chosen a wide skirt with a simple black corset peeking out from the short bolero. A slightly frivolous hat, paired with earrings and a ring that show off, all accompanied by a pair of heels that are not too high but at the same time have their own charm.
They remind us that the post-war years in Italy were a push to be reborn in all fields, even that of fashion.

Dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries, masquerade balls were a feature of Europe’s carnival season. During this time individuals would don costumes and masks and participate in elaborate parties and parades. The masquerade ball fervor spread like a wildfire in France where most of these events were held by royalty. Others included were Italy, England, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Spain and more across European countries.

Good morning / Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen Judges,
one of the most famous masked dances of the Middle Ages in Italy was undoubtedly the one that was carried out in Venice which has been handed down to the present day.
In fact, many tourists who stroll through the Venetian city can find people masked in typical clothes on certain corners and take pictures with them.
Carnival was officially made official in 1296 and reached its climax on Tuesday, which became “Shrove Tuesday”.
In 1700 the carnival reaches its peak with the opening of costume and mask shops that can be found today.
So to celebrate one of the most famous medieval masked dances I wear a typical Venetian costume. Long red but with a neckline typical of the time.
An ornament on the head that recalls the music with violins used at that time with the addition of two scarfs one above the other that cover the shoulders. In February (typical period of the carnival) it is cold in Venice.
In addition, a pair of long gloves, a gold mask and a colored make up that give a touch of elegance and reflect the style of the period.

Good Evening Ladies, gentlemen and Judges,
with my clothing tonight, designed by Athena Couture, I want to accompany you through my Italy.
A country with a thousand aspects, values and cultures to be experienced in all seasons.
So I decided to give you a visual journey of my territory through my dress. Observe the white of my snow-white bodice of the Alps and the Apennines and then gently descend into the valley through the woods and hills full of trees with brown and then end up at the sea which, with its blue, runs along 3 sides of the Italian peninsula …
Finally, a jaunty hat to protect me from the reflections of the sun both on the snow after skiing and on the seashore on a hot summer day.
A set of jewels finely created by a Florentine goldsmith on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence.
I added a bow in the colors of our flag to, like all of us, I am proud of my country. Thank you all

Good evening Ladies, Gentlemen and Judges,
Have you ever dreamed and cried in front of the television?
I often and willingly and especially if what I’m looking at is about princes, princesses and love stories.
I am a romantic woman and I thought about this when I requested this dress created by Athena Couture.
So, looking myself in the mirror, I thought of Cinderella and her blue dress, the elegance of Princess Sissi of Austria but with the addition of a bit of audacity as it should be for modern princesses with transparency on the front.
A fur stole to cover the shoulders that has always been a touch of refinement all surrounded by a bit of sparkles with diamond and jewelery, an unconventional headdress for a bit of eccentricity because the princesses … in their role … must be noticed.
At least, gentle audience, we like to dream … after all it is the reason why we are all here ….

I did not win .
But I was selected for a course at the Rouge University Modeling Academy.
I had a teacher who guided me to look a little beyond my limits and try to be a little more eccentric and go outside my classic schemes.
I learned a lot of things and little tricks that I didn’t know before.
Now I’m ready to try one more time.
